Do you want to become an expert in teaching contortion?

Our instructor training program in the Fitcontor method offers you the opportunity to learn how to teach conscious progressive contortion in a safe and effective way.

 

What will you learn?

 

Fitcontor Methodology: You will become familiar with the Fitcontor method for teaching contortion, based on conscious and safe progression.

Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics: You will gain solid knowledge about the human body to provide classes that respect the health and well-being of your students. We are the only program with 3 anatomy cycles of more than 7 months.

Pedagogical Tools: You will develop the skills necessary to plan, teach and evaluate contortion classes effectively.

 

How does the training work?

 

Recorded mode with live consultations: You will access the recorded classes in our virtual classroom, which allows you to study at your own pace. In addition, you will participate in live sessions to clarify doubts and interact with the instructor.

Extra practice: To complement your learning, you will need to take one or two classes of the ROM and POWER styles from the regular schedule each week.

INTRODUCTION TO INVERSIONS AND HANDSTANDS (ANNUAL)

PASSAGES, POSTURES AND CLASS ASSEMBLIES.

It can be taken completely live with 70% attendance.

RECORDED possibility for those who cannot be live. Attendance is measured by task delivery, keeping up with the subject and communication with the training teachers.

Become a Conscious Progressive Contortion Instructor.

Our instructor training program in the Fitcontor method focuses on teaching you how to teach conscious progressive contortion. You will learn about anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to provide your classes in an efficient and healthy way for your former students. Your personal progress as a contortionist will be your own process. In the training we focus on providing you with tools to teach classes.
