In the classes, your body map is analyzed to see what you need. We adapt to each person and body. We aim for you to ventilate, to be able to coordinate each gesture with your inhalation and exhalation.
The important thing for us is that you can gain range in a healthy way! That's why we don't work through pain and force the body, but rather through understanding the body and how it moves, in order to provide positive transfer stimuli from there for the achievement of your goals.
